Social Club
Everyone needs an outlet to meet up with friends, catch up on the gossip, play games and just have a laugh. Unfortunately, there was nothing in Nottingham to meet our needs… Until now! Welcome to Pakistan Forum Social Club. Here, you can meet up with your friends and have a great evening.
What’s on offer?
- Cards – Despite having a bunch of wonderfully skilful card players, fun is foremost on our agenda.
- Carrom – We have a carrom-board and are looking to unleash this fantastic game onto the British public. If you are good player, or simply enthusiastic, we would love for you to join us.
- Darts – We will be hoping to start a league at some stage, but currently need a few better players. If you fit the bill, come on down.
- Karaoke – If you like to sing Bollywood/Lollywood songs (don’t we all?) then what are you waiting for? Some of our regulars are pretty good! Why not come and showcase your talents too? We would love to hear you! If you’ve never sung before, then that’s not a problem, come and learn from your peers, or just have fun!
- Board Games – Chess, Draughts, Monopoly etc
- Video Games – We have a selection of Wii games for all to enjoy.
- Movies – Coming soon… monthly viewings of classic and more modern Pakistani and Indian movies.
- FREE TEA – Would any Pakistani gathering be complete without tea (and biscuits)?
We are looking to set up events/leagues to showcase your talents, whether they are singing, darts, carrom or other. So come and join us!
Venue: Pakistan Forum, 37a Gregory Boulevard, Nottingham.
When: Every Tuesday, between 6pm – 9pm.
Price: We accept a donation of £2/person per night. I’m sure you’ll agree that this represents the best value ever, but if you can’t afford it, you can come free!
