In April 2015, Pakistan Forum continued celebrating its national heroes by including Habib Jalib in their Pakistan Day celebration. Although Habib Jalib was a revolutionary poet and activist, he unfortunately resides in the shadows of the better known Illama Iqbal and Faiz Ahmed Faiz.
On the night, Habib’s poetry was recited and a beautiful talk was prepared and presented by
Qammar Zamman and Khalid Sharif. A wonderful insight into the personal life of Habib Jalib was given by his friend, Mr Zahoor Butt from London.
Bollywood and Lollywood entertainment was provided by Mohammed Ilyas and Amjad Rana.
